Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by a customer, by using hussainartss.com you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out. Please make sure you have read the terms and conditions before placing your order.

The inclusion of any products or services on hussainartss.com at a particular time does not imply that these produces or services will be available at any given time. We, at Hussain Artss, have the right to discontinue a product or service and any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you, the customer. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to you as the customer will be the version in place at the time your order was placed.

Hussain Artss want to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to you, our customer. You should understand and agree not to do to the following:

• Post, upload, redistribute or promote any content or communications that could negatively impact our business, products or services.
• Interfere or restrict any other user from using the hussainartss.com site.
• Attempt to use a device/mechanism to navigate through hussainartss.com to copy content from the site. 

We reserve the right to immediately close the account of any user who violates these terms.

Prices and Delivery Charges

The delivery charge for each item will differ depending on it's size and weight, the cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process as well as the product description. Prices shown online and via Instagram may vary, due to new product launches or discounted items.

For international (non-UK) orders, Hussainartss is not responsible for paying any customs charges, this responsibility will fall upon you, the customer. 

Prices for commission pieces are based of the following:

• Size/number of canvas(es)
• Complexity of calligraphy
• Complexity of background
• Finish of canvas
• Additional features (gold leafing, embossing etc.)

If you are interested in commissioning a painting please email us at hussainartss@hotmail.com, please note that all commission orders require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be cancelled unless the work has not started yet.

Ordering/conclusion of Contract

Once you have successfully placed your order with us, if you have provided your email address, you will get an email confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified at the earliest convenience and we will attempt to refund the amount paid using the same method used for the initial payment. If alternative arrangements are necessary, a member of Hussain Artss will contact you to settle the refund.

Delivery

All orders are currently delivered using the Royal Mail service, larger items will be delivered using Parcel Force or DPD. Hussain Artss package all orders in the necessary protection once they have been quality checked. Once despatched, Hussain Artss is not liable for damaged, missing, or delayed parcels. This responsibility will lay upon the delivery service used for that order. 

Each product will have a different delivery estimate and lead time before it is despatched, for more specific details on this matter pleas read the 'Delivery' section under the product description of the item you are interested in. 

Hussain Artss currently post within the UK and EU, please note due to Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic, parcels may be delayed and deliveries charges for EU destinations may change. We are also able to deliver to other locations such as the USA and UAE, however, delivery fees will be at a higher cost.

Withdrawal of Order

After placing your order, you will have 2 working days to cancel your order from the date you placed it, in order to get a full refund, including the standard delivery charges. If your order has been despatched, and you have been notified by providing your email address, you will not be able to cancel or return your order unless that product is damaged on our part (if the product is damaged during transit you will not be eligible for a refund, please see below for further details) 

Any custom/commissioned items cannot be cancelled once the work has started, if you find yourself in this situation you must contact us via email at hussainartss@hotmail.com as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

Returns

Hussain Artss does not accept any returns/exchanges unless the following is applicable to you:

• The item is faulty or damaged and not due to the fault of your own or the chosen delivery service. 
• You have received the wrong item, and have proof of receipt of the item you have ordered and should have received.
• You are missing items from your order, and have proof of receipt of the missing items.

We always want to keep our customers happy, if you find yourself in the situation where you would like a refund but the above is not applicable to you, you may be offered a partial refund. To do so, you will have to contact us via email at hussainartss@hotmail.com, once your issue has been analysed you will be notified if you are eligible for a partial refund.

For any item that will be returned you must return the item yourself to the address given to you, depending on your circumstance you may or may not be reimbursed for the delivery charges.

Ownership Rights

Any use of hussainartss.com and its contents, including copying, for use other than your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Hussain Artss.

Islamic Art/Products

When purchasing religious items such as the Quran or prayer mat, please treat these items with respect and protect it with the utmost care. Please do not use Islamic artwork as a form of protection, as they are created for aesthetic purposes and reminders only. To seek protection, one must turn to Allah (SWT).
